Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from Spectral Vault. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at suporttspectralvault@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Send the item back with a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number with us.

Items we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, corsets and intimate costume pieces can only be returned if unworn and in their original sealed packaging. Gift cards and sale items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to process it.
