Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and across North and South America, including Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days to the US and 10–20 business days to the rest of the Americas. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
We can't guarantee delivery dates, especially in peak season, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in several packages?
Items can ship from different warehouses, so a single order may arrive in separate parcels.
Will I pay import taxes?
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import taxes charged by local customs. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout where possible; charges applied on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
Sizing
How do your sizes run?
Many costumes and apparel items use Asian sizing, which typically runs 1–2 sizes smaller than US sizes. Always check the measurements on the product page and size up if you're between sizes. See our Size Guide.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it's unused and in its original condition. Email us first and we'll send instructions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Payment & security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
